Meet The Team

Founder & CEO
Daniel Maher
I am Daniel Maher, the CEO and Founder of Endeavorous Games and Tech. I am a maker of worlds, a creator of universes, a teller of stories. I am an engineer in trade and training, and I enjoy both technical and creative work. I started Endeavorous Games and Tech to make video games and to create technology. My team is fantastic! I would not be here without them or the other individuals who have assisted me financially, technically, as an engineer, as a entrepreneur, and as an individual. I look forward to the success of Master of the Maze and many more games and tech to come.

3D and Technical Artist
Allen Rader
Inspired by the Lord of the Rings, Hollow Knight, and the Legend of Zelda, I’ve always been a fan of worlds of wonder, excitement, and exploration. Finding super cool places and figuring out the details that create those spaces is like, my big thing (especially if there's rocks and trees). Here at Endeavorous, I craft environments, props, and all good things 3D for our worlds to infuse them with sparks of life and adventure.

Composer
Ian Robison
Music has been a major part of my life since the beginning. Ever since I discovered the music of Chopin and other classical greats, I've explored how to craft my music to tell stories. I have been inspired by the musical storytelling of Howard Shore, John Powell, Christopher Larkin, Chris Christodolou, and many more beyond the realm of film and games. I'm a mostly self-taught composer, and I hope that my music adds to the stories we are trying to tell here at Endeavorous.

Technical Designer
Ryan Gentzler
I’ve been a big fan of singleplayer experiences ever since I learned how to read. My first games were common with my generation, like Pokémon, Fossil Fighters, and Mario Kart (and will probably beat you in MKWii.) This translated over to my first solo project, a text-based adventure written in QBasic and I’ve been programming ever since! My greatest inspiration is Celeste, a masterpiece made by the wonderfully talented people at Extremely OK Games. Great games are never built in a day, but they exist nonetheless.

Animator and 2D Generalist
McKenna Mounce
It was no question that animation was what I wanted to do in life. I'm that one person who watches animated movies and cartoons just to appreciate the art of it. It simply gives me joy. This passion led me to eventually being hired as a VFX artist and then further on to work at Endeavorous Games as lead animator and general 2D artist. I love being able to work with such a talented team to combine our skills to make this beautiful game and many more to come!

UI Artist
Michaela Hayen
A lover, a dreamer, and a believer in small everyday magic. My art and design wouldn't be the same without influence from the moody Oregon coast that I call home, the impossible wonders of fantasy books and games, and my chatty cat that I swear blesses me every time I sneeze. Though I specialize in concept art, I'm beyond grateful to work alongside this brilliant team in any
artful way.
